Hardware Design

Automotive-grade electronics from architecture and power tree through schematic, worst-case analysis and EMC support, to plant industrialisation and post-SOP field analysis.

Automotive hardware is unforgiving: a design error found after start of production is orders of magnitude more expensive than one found at schematic review. Our hardware practice is therefore built around analysis rather than iteration — power trees, worst-case calculations, DFMEA and thermal work happen before layout, not after the first prototype fails.

We stay with the product afterwards. Plant industrialisation support, field return analysis, yearly cost optimisation and change requests are part of the same engagement, handled by the engineers who designed the board.
